The lab is a private place to build and test software using real examples from your business. Your people help define the problem and judge the result. We improve it together, then decide whether it is ready for everyday use.
We agree on access to your systems and information before building. Each project has someone responsible for it and a clear test of whether it works. Your team approves any change to the live business, with training and support agreed before release.

I’m Deven Spear, founder of Adventure256 and a former venture-backed chief executive. I’ve built businesses through several generations of technology, with responsibility for product development, sales, marketing, and board leadership. Today I build with AI myself. That combination helps me judge what is useful to your business and work through the details with your team.
